Spent a few hours watching ducks swimming, kids playing & dogs strolling, under sakura trees.. literally...i have time, lotsa time...but never was it really spent listening or watching the present & what it entails...Ibought time with money, oh the irony! though such insignificance yield fleeting moments of peace ...

-Suganuma & Shirakawa-go (Gifu)

Its a UNESCO world heritage area...

Day 06
-Matsuri!

E engagment with one's culture....how much do you own?...how much do you hold?...probably for city dwellers like us, its no more than adopted practices within our nuclear family...
